The service standards for repairs have been set by the London Borough of Havering. Here are some examples:-

(Priority One) - completion within 24 hours. Example blocked sink, bath or hand basin.

(Priority Two) - completion within 5 working days. Example minor leaks to internal water services.

(Priority Three) - completion within 20 working days. Example repair or renewal of waste water pipes, defective ball valves, faulty taps.
